Transmission and Gearing Help


To make your choice of transmission and gearing easier, we have two options:

We can do gear charts for your specific engine/transmission combination reflecting the possibilities of gearing changes that will affect your speed on any given track or tracks; work with you on a personal level, answering any questions and helping you solve problems; outline the most cost-effective method of achieving your goals and put this together as a package. We charge $30 for this service, refundable on your purchase of parts from us.

Or, we can email you our proprietary gear calculator software for Windows (requires Excel 97 or higher), allowing you to graphically plot any combination of gears/ring and pinion/rpm/tire size on an rpm/vehicle speed x-y axis. There is no charge for this program.
